Legal Secretary

Their mission is to help people move forward in their lives by supporting clients, communities, and each other.Your new roleAs a Legal Secretary within their Personal Injury department, you will work with a pool of secretaries, collaborating to support fee earners with audio typing and document preparation. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be essential.

• Working with a pool of legal secretaries, assisting multiple Fee Earners.
• Preparing correspondence and documents.
• Photocopying and scanning documents.
• Using the Proclaim case management system.
• Supporting other secretaries and the administration team as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong typing and audio skills.
• Experience in the legal industry as an audio typist or secretary.
• Familiarity with digital dictation and Proclaim (training provided if necessary).
• Reliability is crucial for delivering timely, accurate, and quality work.
• Efficiency in meeting legal documentation deadlines.
