In this role you will oversee and spearhead the development of the air source heat pump installation department, This includes managing the team, handling queries, ensuring compliance, supervising assessments, implementing training programs, coordinating inspections and conducting internal audits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the heating industry, specifically with renewable solutions including ASHP and Solar PV. You will need to have the right characteristics of a leader including communication, organisation, customer service and other related traits.

The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the operations team, overseeing queries and scheduling.
- Lead the development of the air source heat pump installation department, managing teams, ensuring compliance, and implementing training programs.
- Supervise surveys, heat loss designs, inspections, and internal audits while providing regular updates to senior management on KPIs and business improvements.


The Person:
- Previous experience working on Heat Pump systems.
- Full clean driving license
- Leadership capabilities
- Commutable to Bootle
