Internal Account Manager

Up to £32,000 DOE + bonus

We are recruiting for a few B2B Internal Sales Account Manager positions with our client in Livingston, who are part of a huge group who do business all over the UK as well as internationally.

For their main Sales Account Manager position they are looking for someone who already has good experience in sales. In this position you would be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing and new business accounts UK-wide, over the phone and by email, and maintaining and further developing relationships with them.

You would be looked upon to gain continued and additional orders from your accounts, effectively deal with any general enquiries that your customers may have, and ultimately retaining their business. The split on existing and new customers is approximately 80% existing business and 20% new business, and you would also be looked upon to reactivate dormant accounts with companies who have previously bought from the business in the past.

A Trainee Account Manager role would be a way we could describe the other position they are looking to fill. For this one they would like to find someone who would in time work their way up towards the above described Sales Account Manager position, and they are looking for someone with an ambition for sales and who also has previous experience in administration or sales support as this is what you would be primarily doing during your first 6 - 12 months with the company while you learn about sales, processes and the industry.

These are fantastic roles with an exceptional company who are a leading name within their sector. The starting basic salary for the first experienced sales role is up to £32,000 depending on experience and you can also earn another 15% - 20% of your salary through sales commission (paid quarterly), and the salary for the entry level / trainee sales / administrator role is up to £26,000 depending on experience.
