Due to increased volumes of work due to commence this year, our client isexcited to announce a further full time role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Cross Hands covering sites across South Wales and further.

Job roles include:

• Site Appraisals
• Contract Sum Analysis Splits
• Monthly Cost v Value Reporting
• Organising Services - Water & Electric, no requirement for gas.
• Procurement - Placing Material Orders & Sourcing Subcontractors
• Liaising daily with Site Managers / Contracts Manager
• Supplier's Purchase Invoice Approvals
• Weekly and Monthly Subcontractor Invoice Approvals
• Final Accounts for Subcontractor Packages
• Monthly Valuations with Funder Quantity Surveyors
• Monthly Updates on Section Agreements / Planning Trackers / Building Control / Structural Warranty
• Pricing Purchaser Extras - Liaise with Accounts to Invoice & Site to Action Extras
• Updating Drawing Racks on site to ensure Current Drawings are in use at all times.
