The successful candidate will form part of a strong team culture reporting directly to the Service Desk Manager
Duties :
- Provide first-line technical support
- Log all support requests and technical issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Follow up with users to ensure.
- Technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are advantageous but not essential.
