Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the end-to-end process within the accounts department, ensuring the seamless operation of our sales ledger, purchase ledger functions, and staff petty cash claims.

?? Prepare and manage sales invoices

?? Check and process purchase invoices

?? Allocate sales receipts and maintain accurate sales ledger records

?? Support credit control activities

?? Prepare monthly supplier payments

?? Process petty cash claims and company credit card expenses

?? Prepare bank reconciliations

?? Assist in monthly payroll preparation

?? Aid in year-end closing procedures

Your background:

?? Basic IT skills

??? Excellent verbal and written communication skills

?? Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively

?? Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
