Ambition are working with an international law firm with their recruitment for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer. This is great opportunity to join an established accounts team within their London office, offering hybrid working and a competitive salary.
Reporting to the Accounts Manager, the key duties will include;
- Using Aderant Accounts system to input supplier invoices, disbursements & employee expenses.
- Raise weekly BACS payment of supplier invoices.
- Coding invoices to the correct budget codes.
- Ensuring client disbursements are paid in line with SAR.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Dealing with telephone queries from internal clients & suppliers.
- Any other duties as required to cover departmental needs.
Successful candidates will have previously worked in a similar role ideally within a law firm and have proven legal accounts experience either in AP or Cashiering. Experience using Aderant system is advantageous.
