MLC Partners are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator for a temporary position with an organisation based in East London.
The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the educational sector.
Key repsonsibilities:
This position requires a versatile individual who can handle a range of responsibilities, from managing office operations to assisting with financial record-keeping and reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, data entry, monitoring the school inboxes and managing phones
- Process financial transactions, including accounts recievable/payable, processing invoices
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall operational effectiveness
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty and parents
- Provide additional adhoc administrative support
Key criteria:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, with exposure to finance-related tasks preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
