MLC Partners are seeking an experienced Finance Administrator for a temporary position with an organisation based in East London.

The ideal candidate will possess strong numerical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the educational sector.

Key repsonsibilities:

This position requires a versatile individual who can handle a range of responsibilities, from managing office operations to assisting with financial record-keeping and reporting.

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including filing, data entry, monitoring the school inboxes and managing phones
  • Process financial transactions, including accounts recievable/payable, processing invoices
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall operational effectiveness
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders, including faculty and parents
  • Provide additional adhoc administrative support

Key criteria:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, with exposure to finance-related tasks preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
