Description

  • Ensuring the quality of products and services in accordance with regulatory and organisational standards, ensuring GDP & GMP compliance
  • Participating in team meetings, contributing to quality assurance strategies and develop validation strategies and protocols
  • Identifying potential quality risks, follow up on CAPAs and ensuring timely closure of actions
  • Effectively support with record management within the QMS including CAPAs, change controls, complaints, non-conformances, risk management
  • Contribute as SME for internal, external and supplier audits
  • Assist with training to staff members on components of the QMS and procedures
  • Day to day support of quality tasks business wide
  • Reporting to senior management on quality assurance metrics and trends

Profile

A successful Senior Quality Assurance Associate should have:

  • Proficiency in quality assurance procedures and standards
  • Strong knowledge of GDP, GMP and supply of unlicensed medicines
  • Strong understanding of QMS processes
  • The ability to identify and resolve quality-related issues and take a risk-based approach
  • Manage stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent team working abilities
  • Strong communication skills
