• 2 years experience as a Legal Cashier, and in recent times.

Legal Cashier

• Inputting and assisting with all invoices, credit card spending and employee expenses
• Assisting with monthly client invoices, producing monthly fees and recoverable expense invoices and statements for clients
• Posting daily financial transactions
• Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Assisting with preparation and effecting of month and year end procedures
• Assisting the with year-end SRA SAR audits and preparation of year-end financial accounts/ statements
• Handling disbursements

Legal Cashier

• Assisting with the renewal of practice certificates
• Assisting with insurance and PII renewals
• General office admin including maintaining financial records
• Researching and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Observing all SAR, VAT, AML regulatory obligations
