As Chef De Partie, you will work in a creative and inspiring environment. Skills and qualifications we are looking for:
- Assist in food production and presentation at required timings
- Strong understanding of food specifications
- Ensure that preparation and presentation of food comply with the food safety manual
- Ability to comply with all food safety and health and safety regulations
- Food safety level 2
- The ability to deliver large volumes of covers within a set timeframe for large events and dinners
- Calm under pressure
