Excellent opportunity for an experienced Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie to work in a renowned award winning restaurant in Mayfair
- Modern British cuisine (fine dining)
- Lunch and dinner - up 100 covers per day
- 48 hours per week (4 doubles)
- Salary of up to £39,000k per annum plus overtime
As a Chef de Partie you must have strong experience in fine dining restaurants, 5-star hotels or Private Members club, basic knowledge of British / European cuisine, and a great attitude and positive mentality that can fit with the kitchen team.
