As Head Chef, you will be a pivotal member of the culinary team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, innovation, and kitchen efficiency. You will report directly to the Executive Chef and work closely with our esteemed Michelin starred celebrity chef owner to deliver unforgettable dining experiences for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin starred restaurant is essential.
Longevity in previous roles is required.
Demonstrable culinary talent and a passion for gastronomy.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
