I am looking to recruit a full time Head Chef for a new opening in Central London
The business is high quality and high-volume operation and serving homemade luxury Italian Pasta dishes.
The restaurant group includes 3 more restaurants in Soho, Covent Garden and Borough Market
The ideal Head Chef will have previous experience in a similar role and well used to making homemade pasta.
The Head Chef will have good management skills, keen in building a strong food culture in their team and they will receive the support of the Group Executive Head Chef
The Head Chef will be overseeing a team of 15/20 Chefs, the hours of work are around 45/50 a week over 5 days, straights shifts and immediate start if in need.
The basic annual salary is between £45,000 & £50,000 per year and negotiable depending on experience.
