Looking for a Junior Sous Chef and ideally with Italian/ Mediterranean experience, seasonal, daily changing menus, and someone comfortable and knowledgeable in the daily preparation of fresh ingredients.
Our client is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef who comes from a fresh food background with a keen eye for detail, who would relish working with the finest of British ingredients.
The ideal Junior Sous Chef will be given a basic salary of £38,000 to £40,000 depending on experience for 48 hours of work per week.
