This is an amazing opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to work in one of the London's most exclusive & discreet Private Members Club that runs a Modern Mediterranean/Latin American cuisine menu that caters for lunch and dinner in a slow-paced working atmosphere for the most influential and important individuals in United Kingdom.


The right Pastry Sous Chef will be offered:

  • 23 holidays + 8 Bank holidays
  • Christmas and New Year off
  • 2 weeks off in August
  • Birthday day off
  • Pension scheme
  • Negotiable salary of £45,000 per annum

The ideal Pastry Sous Chef must have an understanding of all areas of pastry (lamination, chocolate work, modern European desserts, bakery). You will have background within a fine-dining establishments with AA Rosettes, 5* Hotels, or Private Members Club. Someone that wants to learn, work with fresh ingredients, and develop his career in a supportive company. Food standards are very high and therefore only relevant applications will be considered.
