The ideal Pastry Sous Chef must have an understanding of all areas of pastry (lamination, chocolate work, modern European desserts, bakery). You will have background within a fine-dining establishments with AA Rosettes, 5* Hotels, or Private Members Club. Someone that wants to learn, work with fresh ingredients, and develop his career in a supportive company. Food standards are very high and therefore only relevant applications will be considered.
