Head of Marketing - London/Hybrid/Remote - Up to £65,000 + bonus + equity options
We are looking for a Head of Marketing (Performance) to support with the growth of a fast-developing entrepreneurial health and fitness brand who are growing nationally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Managing Director, Head of Operations and Head of Sales to develop and deliver a coordinated performance marketing strategy to support the growth strategy.
- Plan and deliver campaigns for new and existing sites to increase customer acquisition.
- Work with affiliated corporate partners to develop marketing initiative offering mutually beneficial value-added benefits to their customers.
- Take responsibility for all things digital including website and social media.
- Manage external suppliers, agencies and partnerships. E.G. PR, website developer, SEO
- Manage and develop a marketing assistant.
The Ideal candidate
- Hands-on, resourceful, entrepreneurial with a great work ethic and ambitious outlook.
- Performance marketing experience with the fitness/leisure/sports industry.
- Experience in providing performance marketing support to new sites or territories in the U.K. and ideally overseas to increase customer acquisition.
- Experience of developing added value marketing propositions to corporate partners.
- Able to commute to London regularly for SLT Meetings and collaboration.
