What Does the Role Entail?

You will embark on a full-time hybrid role (with a partial remote work option) conveniently located within easy reach of London as a Hospitality Trainer. In this pivotal position, you will assume responsibility for coaching and nurturing hospitality employees and managers throughout their apprenticeship programs, with a specialised focus on leadership and management skills. Your role will entail collaborating closely with individuals and employers to ensure each learner realises their potential while completing their apprenticeship journey.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will have a passion for teaching and coaching and a desire to give back. Ideally, you will have apprenticeship management skills but a strong coaching background within any role in hospitality is essential. You will take a creative approach to bringing culinary education to life through engaging teaching methods. Strong organisational and reliable work ethic. Proficient in utilising IT skills for project completion. Excellent team player with a hard-working and flexible mindset.
