About the Company

An award winning international law firm are seeking a Learning and Development Manager for a 12 month FTC. This is an exceptional opportunity to work across a number of global offices on key L&D projects.

About the Role

This is a broad role that includes leading on operational matters and collaborating with senior stakeholders across a number of offices. Duties include:

  • Leading on design and development of programmes and events
  • Supporting with the implementation of the L&D strategy internationally
  • Managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Managing sessions and workshops
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders to identify training needs
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Advising on development gaps and making recommendations for solutions
  • Leading projects

Job Requirements

You will have previous experience of working a senior learning and development role ideally within a law firm or professional services with experience of both design and delivery. Experience of working with international stakeholders and a coaching qualification are strong assets.
