Change Manager required for a ServiceNow implementation project on a 6-month initial contract, outside IR35. This role will require hybrid working (once or twice a week) in Birmingham City Centre.

The programme is delivering transformation across a number of key processes including Lead to Order, Project to Value, Order to Cash and Request to Resolve. Alongside implementation of other systems including Salesforce and NetSuite, and introducing ServiceNow for Contract and Case management.

We are looking for someone with significant experience in delivering enterprise wide.

What You Will DoYou will work closely with both the ServiceNow Project Manager and the Programme Change Lead to support uptake of the resulting operational changes, which will impact the entire organisation, to ensure successful implementation, employee engagement and adoption.

  • Develop the change methodology and approach
  • Establish the critical success factors
  • Develop the case for change
  • Develop the senior leadership plan
  • Conduct the change impact assessment
  • Conduct the stakeholder assessment and develop the plan
  • Develop the change and communication plans
  • Create the necessary change awareness outputs
  • Manage SME's
  • Provide Steerco updates
  • Work with ServiceNow to design and implement a training programme to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge - this includes carrying out a training needs analysis and developing a training strategy, training plan and training materials
  • Assess business readiness

What You Will Have

  • 5+ years of experience in change management
  • ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques, and a track record of successfully leading and implementing change initiatives
  • Experience of working in large scale transformation programmes
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions
