Job Description

Le Deli Robuchon King's Road is a casual yet sophisticated all day dining deli, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and aperitifs to eat in or take home.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Deli Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in hospitality management. As a Deli Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring a positive experience for both guests and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Motivate deli staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt and friendly service, address any concerns or complaints in a timely manner, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere on the floor.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate replenishment orders as needed. Ensure accurate pricing throughout the store.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, security procedures, and company policies. 
  • Maintain open and effective communication with staff, management, and other departments. 
  • Address any operational issues or challenges that arise during the shift, utilizing sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts and make decisions.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, gather feedback, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in retail, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
