Customer Services Executive

Our client, an incredibly well-established Insurance Solutions provider, are looking to recruit an articulate, personable Customer Services Executive to join their London-based team. Working on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office / 2 days from home), this is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate!Our client specialise in supporting an external B2B client base with any Insurance Solutions they require, and are the market-leader in what they do. Due to their consistent performance, they are actively seeking a new candidate to join their client-facing team, offering an exceptional service to both internal and external points of contact. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:- Handling 40-50 daily inbound queries from external clients (over the phone and email)- Acting as the first point of contact and providing an exceptional service- Completing any administrative tasks associated with client conversations (updating CRM / recording information, etc)- Ad-hoc administrative tasks (when required)In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:- Experience in handling customer correspondence (either over the phone or email)- Articulate telephone manner- Incredible communication skills (written and verbal)- High attention to detail- Fun, sociable personalityIn addition to a very competitive salary, our client are also offering the following:- Fantastic working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm)- Great progression opportunities!Our client are looking to move very quickly on this, so any interested candidate(s) are urged to apply at their earliest convenience!
