Job Description:
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Ealing? We are seeking a passionate educator to join our team and inspire young learners in our nurturing and dynamic early years setting.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences that are developmentally appropriate for children aged 3 to 5 years old.- Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independence.- Differentiating instruction to meet the individual needs and interests of each child, including those with diverse backgrounds and abilities.- Implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework effectively to support children's holistic development across all areas of learning.- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to provide a supportive and engaging learning experience for children both in and out of the classroom.- Assessing children's progress and development using a range of formative and summative assessment strategies, and using this information to inform planning and next steps.- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a sense of belonging and community within the early years setting.
- Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) certificate.- Previous experience teaching in an early years setting, preferably within the EYFS framework.- Excellent knowledge and understanding of child development and early years pedagogy.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build positive relationships with young children and their families.- Creativity, adaptability, and a passion for providing high-quality early years education.- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
