Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in Harringay? Join our vibrant school community, where we are committed to providing an outstanding education and nurturing environment for our students. We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, engaging and inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
  • Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged appropriately.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
  • Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to promote active learning, critical thinking, and independent inquiry.
  • Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum and pedagogy.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and orderly learning environment.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to promoting the holistic development of every child.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
