Dornan are currently recruiting for a BIM (Digital Engineering Technician) Apprentices to work alongside the BIM team out of our London Office.
Dornan are a leading Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation contractor with projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK. Dornan are involved in projects across many sectors such as Pharmaceutical, Power, Waste to Energy, Commercial, Data Centre and Petrochemical.

The successful candidates will join an already established design team and be an exemplar ambassador for the Company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Engage in Pre-Construction Engineering activities and the production of information including, design development, model coordination and sheet production.
* Liaise with the internal project team as well as external parties including the client.
* Developing models and drawings through Revit
* Generation of Fabrication Packs, GA's, Isometrics
* All other reasonable tasks assigned to you from time to time from your manager
Required Knowledge:
* Detailed knowledge of the BIM Technician role
* Commercial understanding
* Health, Safety and Environmental systems
Desired Qualities:
* Ability to priorities workload
* Recognises own strengths and weaknesses and committed to ongoing development
