Butler Rose is working with our large FTSE250 client in their search for a Business Change Lead to join their Team. This is a minimum of a three month contract with the opportunity to be extended to six months and will pay a PAYE day rate depending on experience. This is a remote role with occasional travel to their Northampton/London offices.The role will be responsible for driving and managing organisational change initiatives within our company. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, assess impacts of change, and develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. Key Responsibilities: * Change Strategy Development: Create change management strategies aligned with business goals. * Stakeholder Engagement: Engage senior leaders and stakeholders for buy-in and support. * Change Impact Assessment: Assess the implications of changes on processes, systems, and employees. * Change Planning and Execution: Develop detailed plans with activities, timelines, and milestones. * Communication and Training: Develop communication plans and coordinate training for readiness. * Resistance Management: Identify resistance sources and develop strategies to overcome them. * Performance Monitoring and Feedback: Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust interventions as needed. * Organisational Culture Alignment: Promote change readiness and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in change management or business transformation. * Strong understanding of change management principles and tools. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. * Project management skills for planning and executing change initiatives. * Resilience and adaptability in managing ambiguity. * Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organisational Development, or related field advanced certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a plus.
