Assistant Valet Manager, Housekeeping

SHIFT PATTERN ( 40 hours, 5 days per week)

We’re looking for an Assistant Valet Manager to join our vibrant and dynamic Housekeeping Team.

As a key member of our Valet team we are looking for an Assistant Laundry Manager that is approachable, curious and has a natural ability to interact with both guests and colleagues and has great attention to detail.

As an Assistant Valet Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the Laundry Attendants and efficiently organise the workflow of your team. 

  • Ensure the absolute highest standards of garment services are offered to each of our guests and residents. 

  • Manage the delivery, collection and quality of guests’ and residents’ laundry processed in house and by our external dry-cleaner partner. 

  • Be responsible for colleagues’ uniforms processing and stocktake. 

  • Be flexible in supporting the Executive Housekeeper on exciting pre-opening tasks.
