We have partnered with a top Investment Bank who are looking to hire an EA to join one of their busy teams!ROLE: Executive Assistant - Financial Services WHERE: Canary Wharf, LondonWHEN: Monday - Friday / 08:30 - 17:30 / FULLY OFFICE BASEDPAY: £21phCONTRACT: 12 months

DUTIES:

Full diary management for management
Full administrative duties
Booking and coordinating all business travel
Processing expenses
Book and plan client and investor lunches/drinks/dinners etc
Prepare materials for internal and external meetings
Acting as main point of contact at all times
Meet and greet clients and visitors
Assist with setting up interviews and support HR when needed
Cover EA/PA's when on holiday

WHAT'S NEEDED:

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A GLOBAL CORPORATE COMPANY
Experience within an assistant position
Banking experience is desired
Strong knowledge of all MS Packages
Keen eye for detail
Team player
Confident personality
