Executive Assistant - Venture Capital
£80000-100,000 + bonus and excellent benefits
West End (Fully office based)
Love Success is working exclusively on an urgent Executive Assistant opportunity in the UK arm of a global Venture Capital firm specialising in the tech space and which has extremely high-profile firms in their portfolios.
This role will predominantly look after the senior partner but also support his two investors whilst managing a more junior assistant who helps in keeping the office (6 people but growing) run smoothly. The EA will coordinate extremely busy travel management, last-minute as well as long-term projected plans. You will act as a key point of liaison with portfolio companies, organising events in London, building strong relationships across the company and the EA network. It is a fully office-based role near Bond Street.
The ideal Executive Assistant should be comfortable in a smaller working environment and self-motivated when the team is travelling.
You should be used to the pace and priorities of a Corporate Finance firm and be confident in liaising with portfolio companies and their demands. You should manage up where appropriate and anticipate the needs of the office.
Ideally you will have experience in Venture Capital / Private Equity and worked in a boutique environment previously. Stable EA experience in the Corporate Finance sectors is essential.
