A reputable investment firm located in the heart of London, that prides itself on a culture of integrity, innovation, and excellence, are currently seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Team Executive Assistant, providing crucial support to their Client Team.

Position Overview:As a Team Executive Assistant supporting the Client Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client-focused activities. You will work closely with our investment professionals, providing administrative support and facilitating effective communication with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Client Team's calendars, including scheduling meetings, conference calls, and client appointments.- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, maintaining a professional and client-focused approach at all times.- Assist with the preparation and distribution of client reports, presentations, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Coordinate client events, seminars, and meetings, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.- Maintain client databases and records, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.- Liaise with internal departments such as research, operations, and compliance to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.- Provide general administrative support to the Client Team, including managing travel arrangements, expenses, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services or investment industry.- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-focused approach.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and dealing with clients.- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
