Executive Assistant - Executive SearchCity of LondonPermanent£45,000 - £52,000 Benefits + BonusA boutique executive search firm that works on global remits is looking for a proactive and experienced executive assistant to join their successful team in the heart of London providing high-level support to their 2 Senior Partners within the team WHAT YOU’LL DOThis is a busy EA role with lots of variety, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using initiative! Typical duties include:

Extensive diary management
Inbox management
Client liaison and gatekeeping for the Partners
Expense management
Creation of Presentations, formatting documents and compiling reports.
Ad-hoc office management duties

WHO YOU ARETo be successful, you will have several years’ experience in a similar EA role, be an efficient problem solver and be able to deal with multiple requests at any given time. Essential requirements:

Longevity and experience as an EA
Experience in a professional services environment
Ability to work at an incredibly fast pace
Proactive nature
Good use of initiative
Efficient problem solver
High attention to detail
Great sense of humour and ability to work within a smaller office environment
