Are you an experienced and organised Personal Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity in the heart of the city? Our client a leading Legal company are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our clients Property Finance team as a crucial member of our City office. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills, this role is for you!

As the Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient functioning of our Property Finance team. This diverse position encompasses the responsibilities of being the Administrator to the firm's City office, an Office Administrator, and a Personal PA to the Partner of the firm. This role offers a fantastic work environment and progression in the future.

This role is fully office based in the City Luxury modern offices located close to Liverpool Street Station.

Candidates available to start at short notice preffered.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the Secretary to the firm's City office, managing communications, scheduling, and coordination of team activities.
  • Undertake Office Administration tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office functions.
  • Provide Personal EA support to the Partner of the firm, handling confidential matters with discretion and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant in a similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working within the Legal or Financial Services Sector Essential
