Your new companyGreat opportunity to gain exposure working for a private equity backed organisation that operates across a high number of countries globally. They are now looking to appoint a Financial Analyst on a full-time permanent basis.
Your new roleThis is a niche opportunity and in this role your focus will be on 3 key areas; Research/Data Collection, Acquisitions, Integration and Project Monitoring. Some of the responsibilities in this role include: collecting data through various resources to support decision-making, managing and updating the corporate development pipeline with new acquisition targets, supporting the organisation in identification of potential opportunities, preparing presentations, participate in all phases of the acquisition transaction, coordinating with external advisors and internal working teams, analyse financial statements and data, prepare complex financial models, supporting projects and much more. What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, ideally you will have a strong academic background with a degree and have relevant experience in a commercially focused/FP&A type position. Experience in an M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) function would be preferable, but not essential. Strong analytical, organisation, forward-thinking, detail orientated skills are essential.
What you'll get in returnOn offer is a salary up to £53,000 per annum plus a 10% annual discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave plus bank holiday, medical insurance and much more. Hybrid working is also on offer with 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH per week.
