As An Accounts Manager:
- Plan and oversee the work for different client portfolios, making sure tasks are distributed among supervisors, seniors, and trainees.
- Act as the main point of contact and expert for each client, overseeing all work done for them.
- Manage relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate billing and record-keeping within your team.
- Assign tasks based on team members' skills, making sure they have the right support.
- Assist department heads in budgeting and resource planning.
- Introduce new ideas and share knowledge with team members.
- Play a role in developing the department as a whole.
- ACCA/ACA qualified
- Eligible to work within the UK without requiring sponsorship
