Your new companyAn exciting opportunity to join a global energy company as their Finance Reporting Manager. With industry-leading projects and exciting plans for growth, this is a fantastic time to join their high-performing finance team in their London Head Office. Your new roleThis is a key role for the business where you will report directly to a Finance Director and work closely with the CFO. Your role will involve leading a team of Qualified and Part-Qualified Accountants, producing all financial reporting. Your role will also entail all areas of producing financial statements, including Consolidation Group statements, financial analysis to highlight risks, coordination of annual tax computations, developing a control environment, advising on accounting treatments for specific transactions as well as evaluating the impact of new accounting standards. Further to this, you will play a key lead in the external audit process as well as SAP systems enhancements. What you'll need to succeedYou will be a Qualified Accountant with an ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, ideally with an Audit background. Experience in a large international group, ideally in energy, but not essential. You will also be a confident team leader, and it is essential that you have demonstrable skills using SAP.
