Our client is looking for a Junior Acoustic Consultant to join their employee-owned acoustics consultancy. The successful candidate will work on small to very large-scale UK and international projects.

Junior Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

• Relevant Acoustics degree or similar
• Relevant experience in a similar role
• Full UK Driving License
• Sound Insulation Testing experience (Desirable)
• Knowledge of legislation and guidelines relevant to the acoustics sector
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• AMIOA with the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) (Desirable)

Junior Acoustic Consultant Duties:

• Noise modelling work using software including CadnaA & ODEON
• Environmental noise assessment and surveys
• Sound Insulation Testing
• Prepare and complete technical reports
• Liaise with clients regarding project requirements
• Site visits
