Salary: 35,000 - 36,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Multi Trade Operative to assist in the reactive repairs and maintenance of social housing and void operations across West London and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a variety of responsive maintenance and/or planned works within occupied and void properties
• Using an electronic personal digital assistant device to receive and record work
• Actively dealing with tenant issues and complaints in a positive and effective manner
• Repairing or renewing doors
• Sourcing and fitting various different locks (i.e. sash, mortise, night latch, euro cylinders, etc.)
• Kitchen repairs, including worktop replacement, unit replacement, kick boards, and basic sheet flooring.
• Replacing rotten floorboards, joist repairs, etc.
• Bathroom installations or repairing/replacing any component within toilets, sinks, and baths.
• Repairing or replacing tiles, patch plastering and decorating.

Requirements:

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry OR Plumbing
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• Basic Criminal Record Check
