A little bit about us...
Be At One is looking for a General Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional drinks, lively atmospheres, and memorable experiences.
Our Liverpool Street venue is situated in the heart of London's bustling financial district, attracting a diverse clientele of locals, commuters, and visitors alike. We pride ourselves on our extensive cocktail menu, skilled bartenders, and vibrant atmosphere, making Be At One Liverpool Street a go-to destination for after-work drinks, weekend celebrations, and special occasions.
This is a large venue spread across three floors with 3 versatile bars, and an external terrace. The main room is a 200-capacity core-Be At One trading space, with a 5-station bar. We have a club room on the second floor, Hideaway, with a capacity of 180 and is perfect for late-night key trading, and a perfect private hire space too. The Loft, on the top floor, has a capacity of 90 and is a real gem, suitable & perfectly formed for all private hire occasions.
What we're looking for...
We're looking for a General Manager with strong experience in a late-night environment, who is competent in managing multi-floor, high-volume pre-bookings, whilst maintaining a high level of quality in service and standards. An obsession with building high calibre & highly engaged teams, as well as all things premium drinks & bringing the party, would thrive in this role.
