As one of the oringial Be At Ones, this site is a rock in the community. It is a small but powerful venue that knows how to get the party started! With our iconic, classically slick interiors, Be At One in Clapham promises lavish decor for one and all, from UV lighting in the basement, to glistening tiles and specialised lighting on the main floor, there's an air of urban with a dash of city chic.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced operator to manage our beautiful, refurbished site in Clapham, Be At One Clapham is just a stone's throw from the tube station, directly on Clapham high street - this site is in a prime location.
The venue is split over 2 floors, the ground floor has a good size bar and ample of bookable space, whilst the basement is the used for staff areas and our guest toilets.
What we're looking for:
The successful General Manager will have a charismatic and dynamic personality, someone who really understands what a premium quality offer looks like; passion for making memories through the team, and atmosphere is essential, outstanding operational and product standards, and a passion for fantastic guest experience.
You will be able to drive sales through innovative marketing, maximising the growing pre-booked sales trend and developing reasons to visit by using social media to its' full potential. It is essential that you are an inspirational leader with a true belief in recruiting great people, training, and coaching them to develop an exceptional team that has a passion for working in a cocktail industry and delighting their guests.
Cocktail knowledge is preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided
Knowledge of what Be At One is, the local area and experience managing a late-night venue is a must.
