Role Overview:

As an Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant with a focus on Personal Care, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our youngest learners. Working closely with the EYFS team, you will provide tailored support to meet the diverse needs of our students. From assisting with educational activities to providing personal care and support, you will contribute to creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with educational activities and learning tasks.
Provide personal care and support to students as needed.
Collaborate with the EYFS team to deliver tailored support to meet individual student needs.
Foster independence and confidence in young learners.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting is desirable.
A nurturing and empathetic approach to working with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young learners.
