- Managing the recruitment and hiring process within the firm
- managing employee relations cases and as well as supporting on more complex cases.
- developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- overseeing performance management.
- managing training and development programs.
Profile
The successful candidate will have similar experience in:
- Proven experience managing HR team, function or shared services in a organisation.
- Strong working knowledge of employment law,Recruitment processes, right to work and immigration compliance.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Leading ER cases within previously roles.
- Working with stakeholders across multiple departments, and representing HR in cross-functional settings.
