I am delighted to be supporting a leading name in financial services in recruiting a Recruitment Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. The firm has successfully navigate the first half of the year and are eager for a period of growth and positive action.

The role will be leading End-to-end recruitment for the business whilst managing a team individuals.

The client is offering hybrid working with 3 days per week required into the office

Description

A Recruitment Manager to who will be responsible for:

  • Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for open roles
  • Promote vacancies across the career's pages, job boards, and social media platforms
  • Foster strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the successful filling of specialist positions
  • Manage the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external recruitment agencies, ensuring all rates and terms of business are kept up to date

Profile

A Recruitment Manager with experience in:

  • A strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and candidate selection, to on boarding and retention
  • Previous experience in either internal or agency recruitment
  • Experience of recruiting within business or professional services is preferred
  • Proficient in HR systems, including an Applicant Tracking Systems
