Business Analyst – SaaS- Up to £55K - Fully RemoteAn excellent opportunity has arisen with our client who are a leading SaaS company. The company provide data driven applications used by some of the worlds biggest brands.  The Business Analyst will ensure that industry standard best practise methodologies are developed, adopted, and adhered to, to drive quality of the product output as they look to scale and improve the platform into the industry’s gold standard.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Work with the business to gather requirements, including interviewing business users and stakeholders
  • Document system requirements and user flows
  • Create and manage epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support the proxy product owner function and manage project backlogs within the Agile framework
  • Collaborate with the scrum teams to ensure the development process is efficient and effective
  • Work directly with our scrum teams to produce high quality software within Agile frameworks
  • Consider technical design of the system when generating acceptance criteria
  • Work with the UI/UX designers, liaising between designers, stakeholders, and scrum teams
  • Document system features as they are developed, as part of sprint deliverables
  • Propose solutions to problems and consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing client needs
  • Work to and support the company change plan / roadmaps
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent teamworking skills and adaptability to thrive remotely
  • Creative mindset and self-starter, pose new ideas and ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Analytical and process-based skills, i.e., process flow diagrams, business & process modelling, data analysis
  • Experience engaging with scrum teams, excellent knowledge of Agile processes
  • Able to lead a development team in delivery of a project
  • Able to plan and schedule development backlog into sprints in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrable experience in producing project plans and development roadmaps
Package:
  • Up to £55K base salary
  • Fully Remote
  • 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays).
  • PMI after successful completion of probation.
  • Company pension after 3 months service.
