An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and detail-oriented Insurance Account Administrator to join a leading firm of property advisors. This role is ideal for someone with a background in insurance, looking to further their career within a respected and reputable company that offers a broad range of services.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Updating risk information prior to renewal and preparing renewal documents for clients.
  • Uploading premium information to the accounting system.
  • Identifying and exploring new business opportunities both within the firm and externally.
  • Liaising with the marketing department to contact prospective clients.
  • Assisting with quotes and policy updates.
  • Responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with landlords and brokers.
  • Liaising with Loss Adjusters and claims specialists to manage claims effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous experience in an insurance role is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
