Description

• Assess and mitigate potential risks within the company's operations.
• Reviewing, updating and maintaining the firm's engagement letters and Terms of Business.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments.
• Implement compliance programs to meet SRA obligations.
• Coordinate with other team members to manage and resolve legal issues.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry laws and regulations.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance legal knowledge within the organisation.
• Assist in the development of company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Risk Lawyer should have:

• A Law degree from a recognised institution.
• A qualified lawyer.
• Proven experience in a similar role within the legal industry.
• Sound knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
