Intellectual Property Paralegal, LondonAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a paralegal to join the Intellectual Property team at a leading US firm in the City of London. They are seeking a driven and enthusiastic paralegal with a genuine interest in the IP field to join their collaborative and rapidly growing team.About the role:Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:• Supporting lawyers to assist with the preparation, drafting and filing of trade mark and design applications.• Conducting clearance searches • Undertaking online research, investigations, legal research and preparing reports• Assisting with IP watching and monitoring services.• Assisting with managing the IP database and records• Researching particularly in the areas of fashion, retail, luxury goods and design• Preparing research memos and presentations.About you:The ideal candidate would demonstrate:• Strong internet and online search skills• Trade Mark and design prosecution experience, with UK, EU and international experience preferred.• A strong academic background• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to show initiative• The ability to be detail-focused and self-motivated.Why apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to work at a prominent international firm and gain hands-on experience with a high-calibre IP team.
