A superb Luxury award - winning uniform design company is looking to appoint an ambitious experienced Senior Production Coordinator . This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable, detailed driven individual to join their team.

This is a great role for someone who is interested in luxury goods and who thrives on being in a organised design studio environment . You will be part of a small and growing team.

The role:

  • See product through from development handover to production delivery to warehouse.
  • Coordinate all aspects of raw materials and raw materials stock for production, including ordering trims.
  • Coordinate, create and plan all appointed factory production orders.
  • Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers .
  • Raise and check purchase orders and invoices.
  • Create range plans for all product categories and adjust and modify them when required.
  • Work alongside production technicians on any amends to garments.
  • Check-in of stock and identify packing list complete.
  • React and respond to any problem-solving for production.
  • Support the process between Technical, Product Development, merchandising, Production, and logistics
  • Supervising Junior Production team and intern, together with the Senior Production Manager.
  • Follow up on shipments of cloth/trims and orders to the factory and send garments out to customers.

The ideal candidate:

  • Positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented Highly organised and Able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Keeps calm under pressure
