Operations Director

Fawkes & Reece are working with a tier one main contractor on the search for an experienced Operations Director to lead a large team across the UK and be based in London.

This is a very attractive opportunity to work for a well regarded name in the main contracting market who are recognised for their commercial, retail, MOJ and healthcare project delivery.

This Operations Director will be supporting the senior management team in overseeing a number of projects circa 30 - 50m. This operations Director will also be playing a key role managing the divisions resource, training and developing teams, contributing to the safety performance of the business and quality management plans.

This Operations Director will be supported by a number of Contracts Managers but it is expected that this Operations Director will have seen a project from bid to handover.

The ideal Operations Director will have experience on commercial/retail and fit out projects in excess of 30million and be able to support these major projects and their teams. This Operations Director will be a true leader who can adapt and inspire their teams and lead from the front.
