The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a prestigious professional services organisation in their search for a Senior Pensions Research Analyst.

This role is offered on a hybrid working pattern. 

Our client is seeking a high performing professional with a background in pensions, using data & information platforms and other resources to gather regulatory, market knowledge and insights.

It may be that you have gained your knowledge from human resources, consulting, broker or pensions background. You may have experience as a Pensions Analyst or Pensions Administrator within a multinational environment. 

To be successful in this role you will need a solid understanding of private pension plans and social security systems, with good understanding of both defined benefit (DB) and defined contribution (DC) pension plans.

  The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in researching and summarising regulations and information from pension and life insurance supervisory bodies, as well as good writing and proof-reading skills.

This role covers global markets and as such any additional language skills would be a bonus.

It would also be beneficial if you have familiarity with other employee benefits (such as group life, private medical insurance (PMI), maternity benefits, flexible benefits etc).
