Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Location: London

Working pattern: Monday to Friday or Shifts

Contract: Permanent, Full time

What we need:

We are looking for a building services engineer who has experience maintaining buildings such as; Commercial offices, Data Centres, Museums, Hospitals or Universities.

Your Key Duties:

Routine Planned,preventative maintenance

24/7 reactive maintenance

Potentially participating in the call out rota

Proactively identifying and report faults

Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the Shift Manager and the contract administrator.

Maintain a professional approach and a high standard of customer service

Keeping log book records accurate and up to date

To be flexible working alone when required

Maintain a working knowledge of statutory regulations and to ensure awareness of all safety procedures.

Responsible for repairs and maintenance on site.

Experience Needed:

Minimum 3 years building service maintenance experience

Experienced with HVAC systems

Experienced with maintaining mechanical plant

Qualifications Needed:

NVQ or City & Guilds level 2 or 3 in mechanical bias

Mechanical Degree (UK Naric or UK)

Eligible to work in the UK
